We built this app to help people stay informed about the markets — not to profit from your data, and not to trade on your behalf.

Contact information you give us directly, such as your email address when you join our waitlist, create an account, or contact us.
Account and preference data, such as your watchlist, alert settings, and subscription plan, once accounts are live.
Usage information, such as which features you use, collected to improve the app.
Payment information is handled by our payment processor directly — we do not store your full card details on our own servers.

What We Don't Do

Access Alerts is an informational and alerting tool. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or have access to your brokerage or bank account. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including keeping sensitive credentials such as API keys out of our public codebase and restricting access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Access Alerts is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as Access Alerts grows. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
